The 7th Thai and International Martial Arts and Self-Defense Festival is set to take place from May 18–22, 2025, at the multipurpose area in front of the Nimibutr Sports Building, National Stadium, Bangkok. This year's event will feature over 1,000 participants including athletes, officials, and supporters from 50 countries around the world.

The festival will showcase and host competitions in various Thai martial arts disciplines, including Muay Thai, Ancient Muay Thai, Semi-professional Muay Thai, Professional Muay Thai, Western Boxing, and Thai Sword Fighting (Dab Thai).

On May 13, 2025, Mr. Charasdej Ulit, President of the Phrajaosuea Muay Thai Sports Association, and Mr. Chinawut Sirisumpun, President of the Thai Boxing Teachers Association, held a press conference at the MBK Center to announce the readiness for the event. Joining the announcement were:

Mr. Kittisak Romdej, representative of the Director-General of the Department of Physical Education and Director of the Thai Martial Arts and Sports Preservation Division

Ms. Putthachad Srinisakorn, Chief Marketing Officer of MBK Center

Ms. Sukanya Yensuk, Director of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Division, Ministry of Culture

Mr. Saroj Chotipanomwiwat, Managing Director of Thai Battle Boxing Co., Ltd.

The festival will also include referee and judge training courses hosted by the World Muay Thai Organization, aiming to uplift the international standards of Muay Thai competition.

Thai and international visitors are invited to attend the event free of charge from May 18–22, 2025, at the front multipurpose area of the Nimibutr Sports Building, National Stadium, Bangkok.
