The Kru Muaythai Association (KMA) was officially accredited by Thailand's Ministry of Culture and Education on May 9, 2003, registered under the National Culture Commission guidelines as the official body for Muay Thai instructor certification.
Under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Chinawut Sirisompan, KMA has grown from a national initiative into a global organization with over 1,000 certified teachers across 60 countries.
Our Khan grading system serves as the gold standard for evaluating practitioners' knowledge, abilities, and proficiency levels in both Muay Thai and Muay Boran — ensuring that every certified instructor meets the highest standards of teaching excellence.
Through our comprehensive programs in teacher certification, coach training, referee certification, and student development, we maintain a standardized curriculum that preserves the authentic traditions while embracing modern sports science.
