Mr. Prasop Rieang-ngern, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, presided over the ceremony, joined by senior officials and representatives from both the public and private sectors.

This annual recognition, in accordance with Section 10 (12) of the Act on the Promotion and Preservation of Intangible Cultural Heritage, honors individuals and organizations who have devoted themselves to the promotion, conservation, transmission, revitalization, and development of Thailand’s intangible cultural heritage, ensuring its continuity for future generations.
